per_soloMel_Musing, take a bow. No one else participated in trying to get the songs I listed last week.
"Put down that weapon" was by Midnight Oil.
"Keep Talking" was by Pink Floyd.
I kinda gathered that everyone would get the Pink Floyd one...now, Midnight Oil I KNEW was going to be harder.
And, the comic book that Midnight Oil was referenced in was "Psi-Force", a little known branch of Marvel called "The New Universe" back in the 80s. It was only in issue 13 (I think that was the one), but I always remembered that quote, and it helped me decide to get that album..
Anyways, I may be back later with more song trivia...quote, that type of thing.
