per_soloToday is starting out a down day.
No real reason for it...orientation with IUPUI is Friday, I have an interview today, and a job that is SET, unless something happens, for later in December.
So, why the listless feeling? You know, that paranoid's feel that things are on a slippery slope, and the rug can get pulled out from under you at a moments notice or less?
I despise such paranoia, and realize that there really is nothing to do but ride it out...if sleeping all day to get past it were an option, I'd seriously consider it.
So, instead, I'm surfing the web, and playing Final Fantasy IX...ONE of these days, I'll be a real little boy..no, wait, wasn't where I was going with that. One of these days, I'll own a PS2...then I have to figure out what to do with this Playstation I have...as it's not bloody likely that I'll keep it, and I would like to find it a good home.
Maybe I should throw in the Christopher Titus stand-up DVD I made...strangely, I've seen that one numerous times, and it makes me laugh every time.
Got through the last of the Raspberry Chocolate stuff yesterday...need to get some of the cherry chocolate...next time I know of anyone going to Evansville. :-P
And, am going to do my best not to look at the news today...if ever there were a time when the statement "Same Shit, Different Day" applied, it'd be in the news now.
So, that's my morning so far...will see if the afternoon improves. No need to be slightly depressed...MANY people are much worse off than I...
