Finally, finally got the chance to finish watching Moulin Rouge again...since I now have a DVD player that has no problem with dual layered discs.

Amazes me how what most people see as a trivial movie can pull damn near every emotional range out of me...of course, I say that most of that is the dying embers of a hopeless romantic, but hey, such is life. :-)

Need to watch more with Ewan McGregor...and no, I'm not talking the Star Wars movies...of course, that puts me in a mood to watch "Big Fish" again.

So, there we go...what is YOUR favorite "Hopeless Romantic", or "Chick Flick" movie? I'll admit to owning more than your average "secure in his masculinity" male, but hey, tis always good to see what pulls at others. :-)

I highly recommend you see this movie for a performance that blew me away. The subject is of course that drug I have trouble spelling - that you inject. Anyway that woudl be my choice.

Once again Per a post that causes much thinking. "Hopeless Romantic" the fist two that popped in were Forrest Gump and 50 1st Dates. "Chick Flick", Beaches and A League of There Own. But there again I'm still trying to define "Chick Flick" To me a good movie is a good movie.

Yeah, some thing is there. Don't find the same appeal with current big names.
