Ok, so I'm prepping for Gencon Indy, The Best Four Days in Gaming.

Have got my Steve Jackson Games packed, and ready to go...my events are ready to run...with the slight exception of one game, that got pushed back in schedule after I registered it...that would be the new game "Burn in Hell".

Minor Annoyance is that I can't get the instructions, even, until Wednesday, when the playtest copy arrives. I'm glad I'm getting the playtest, at least...that way I can still run a Brand New SJ Game...

Lots of things will be happening at Gencon...I've scheduled enough games to represent our MIB cell well, and plenty of time to hang out, go to the Dealer's room, find cool stuff...all that the convention entails...well, except maybe hitting panels, or seeing any of the media guests. Then again, I'm not at that convention for guests..

Will try to talk to Aaron Williams, and see what he is doing next 4th of July. :-) Be cool to have him as an artist Goh...and, still haven't heard from Tad Williams about Author..so, alternate planning says a few other authors...of course, getting 2 authors for Gohs wouldn't be bad...Would still love to hear from the Foglios..will see.

Had a "Voice artists" drop near me...will feel the contacts out and see if that might be a good "media" guest for this year...will ahve to see...man, too much to accomplish, and it still feels like I have too little time.

Ah well...work tomorrow, then Wednesday, and then convention for the next 4 days..should be fun.

Oh, the games I'm running at Gencon will be Greedquest, Chez Goth, and Burn in Hell...all fun Steve Jackson Games. :-)

So, I decided to "price" my Heroclix collection...

Heroclix, for the unkowing, was a miniature combat game dealing with heroes from both Marvel and DC...when it came out, I ADORED it...and spent quite a bit buying figs...trading for figs, the whole deal....

Well, now the figures are just taking up space...I don't play anymore, which is sad, but I once attempted to be a judge for the company that puts out HC...well, their stipulations sucked at the time...then, the game quickly got into what I despised about Magic the Gathering...that the new sets tended to "destroy" the older sets...

Well, halfway through pricing my collection, it prices low at 583...Hmmm....wonder what I'd get on Ebay...(I still haven't priced the most expensive piece I've seen...Nightcrawler, which goes for about $80...).

So, once I get the figures inventoried, then I'll decide what to do with them...

It's sad, as some of the figures are awesome as hell (Looking, that is..), but I remember how much I spent getting figs to play, and trading with friends, only to see the game, in my opinion, devolve...

Then again, the allure of $500...whew.

UPDATED: 12:39am.

Well, priced the whole thing. The "low" price is $1,056. Hmm....
