Hmmm....

Ok, so a semi-major "glitch" just occured, wherein one of the guests for InConJunction may not be able to come...I'm hoping that with the creative minds at my disposal, we'll be able to find a work-around, and right now, we're in the "Ok, so, what is the sequence of events" chain...but man, the nerves just went into OT.

This is nowhere near as bad as last year...where we had to figure out what to do due to the death of a beloved guest..and the cancellation of two others...and ultimately, last year, it worked out, as with the cancels, we were able to obtain an additional guest (Glenn Shadix...if you don't know his real name, he was Otho in Beetlejuice, and was the voice of the Mayor in Nightmare Before Christmas..), and Glenn was one of the best guests we've had. He was the type we are now trying to get..guests that enjoy being at conventions, and most of all, enjoy meeting and talking to their fans.

I'm blessed, in that this year, we've had 4 guests that I absolutely KNOW love to be around people...and enjoy talking to their fans...there is one guest I'm iffy saying that about, but from what I've read, its true. So, the global domination plan is well in place, as far as getting the type of people that are good for our convention...but man..

And really, I was preparing a little bit for something like this...it's the feeling of "Well, every year, there is some kind of 'oh god, oh god, we're all gonna die?" type of situation...
