per_soloSaw "Return of the King" the other night...I can't add anything that hasn't been said before. Just simply "wow". THIS is what epics are supposed to be...and, I can only pray that, in an alternate universe, Peter Jackson is given Star Wars Episode 3, and makes it kick all the ass that it should.
Last night was the Posse Gift Exchange...I walked away with 4 DVDs, and a DVD game. Pirates of the Caribean (Too damn cool), Stanley Kubrick's "The Shining", Stephen King's "The Shining", and The Lion King. The game is "Scene it", which looks fairly cool..I'm looking forward to playing it, when I have my voice back more. :-) Maybe have to pick up the expansion. Good dinner, fun amongst friends...I really enjoyed the gifts I gave, almost as much as what i received. I gave out Stoner Fluxx and some Bonus cards for normal Fluxx, A copy of Munchkin, a copy of Knightmare Chess, A copy of Pirates of the Caribean, and a couple of CDs. Dinner was Spaghetti and dinner rolls, with Salad. Good...good.
Voice is still croaky...Here's hoping it improves.
Hmmm....this will be an interesting week at work. Tis always slower at this time...there are many people in the office, but it has the air of "We're getting things done so we can get the hell out of here". Heh.
Oh, and almost forgot..Katmandu07 is unable to access her LJ currently. She has acquired the Downloader.Trojan virus, and is working on getting it gone, and getting back online. She asked that I let people know.
