per_soloJust a quick update...we'll see if more comes out later.
Watched "HOw to lose a guy in 10 days" last night...and WOW...Again, a movie I'd recommend for some "cheese" watching...for the guys, there are indeed some pure wince moments of going "Oh my god...", and the women have fun watching Kate Hudson torture the lead...it's one I'll seriously have to consider getting sometime.
Watched this week's episode of "Angel", and I'm looking forward to seeing how they end the series next week...now to catch up with Smallville. :-)
And, just now, I've gotten "roped" into watching one of those wonderful 80's films that used to be on cable ALL the time as I was growing up...one that always amused me, and I haven't thought of in...well, we'll leave it at "A Long Time".
Yes, I'm talking of the beautiful piece of storytelling called "The Incredible Shrinking Woman" Lily Tomlin as a housewife who, because of all the consumer chemicals she uses day to day, ends up shrinking...came out in 1981...and, something that the young me never noticed was the multiple roles that Tomlin played in the movie...
Other interesting tie with the movie...it has John Glover in an early role...John played the villainous Lionel Luthor in Smallville...
So, for those who haven't seen, watch "Love Actually", and "How to lose a guy in 10 days"....and, if you want to just laugh for a bit at early 80s fun, find "The Incredible Shrinking Woman"...hell, I'd forgotten about it. :-)
