Had lunch downtown with a friend..hit "The Ram", as I've not hit it much other than thanks to Gencon..

Lunch was good..Turkey Burger, with garlic...

But, Dessert was phenomenal (doo doo..doodoo doo.). :-P sorry.

Dessert was a "Rocky Mountain Potato". Basically, Ice cream in a potato shape, rolled in cocoa powder, and on a plate with Chocolate and Caramel sauces, and I think...some type of nut..Almond Chips.

It was GREAT! But, it may not be on the menu there for long. Sounded like they weren't supposed to be on the menu..still, it looks easy enough to make.

Figured I should share with others.

I haven't been to Ram yet, just Rock Bottom. I'm in love with the Seared Ahi and can't seem to get past it on the menu, or the restaurant really! YUM! And their drinks used to be tasty too (but it's been almost two years for that). They had a couple of tremendous deserts, bananas foster and something apple-y.... oh I miss going downtown and drinking...
