per_soloNothing new...got paid, YAY...and, for the first time in MANY years, I'm not tapped out as soona as I got paid..so, I put some cash into Savings, and am paying Rent...and then things will be great.
Aladdin comes out on DVD soon...am debating getting it, as it's been edited for "Politically correct" ears...of course, that didn't stop me from getting the VHS 10 years ago, but still...
Still haven't gotten Star Wars...and, I'm not sure I will..tho, I have heard that some of the changes are better now..but, then I read on http://www.thedigitalbits.com that the sound is messed up. And Lucasfilm is saying it was intended...basically, the sound that is coming from the front Right speak is coming from the rear left as well..and screws you up once you notice it. I'll have to go visit friends and see if I can tell...so, I'm avoiding it.
Am at page 606 of The Dark Tower...which means I have less than 280 pages left...should have that done soon..I'm hitting that point where I don't want to put it down, which can be a detriment, as that means I could easily read til 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning...
Nothing on TV tonite...I may watch Blue Collar TV...lord knows I'm not watching the program that is pre-empting all Network TV tonite....
