Ok...this sucks.

per_soloI would like to go see Cloverfield today, and am supposed to go donate platelets today.
And last night, about 3:00...woke up and made it back to sleep, but woke up feeling HORRID.
Head pounding, WAY too cold...and no position felt comfortable.
I really don't want to be sick this weekend. I have the house to myself, so being SICK during that time feels like a cheat.
Ugh. So, will call in a short bit and cancel my appointment for platelets, try to find something for breakfast, and maybe nap after bit.
Read a review on Cloverfield, which basically fulfills my expectation of it. I still want to see it, but Dramamine is a BIG deal for that. I'm one of the people who bought into the hype of Blair Witch, felt weird through it..went back to work, got sick, and went home. Hard to believe that was 9 years ago. I think..
Anyway, have another post in mind, concerning Bobby Fischer's death...unfortunately, I only ever heard of him in brief snippets...having been raised playing chess against my father for years, it was hard not to know the name, but by the point I was playing for fun, he had pretty much gone..in a different direction. I've not played chess in a long while, and should fix that at some point.
Also, few takeaways from class the other day, which I wrote down (I really don't understand my fellow students, and that's for another post), but I had a rough time when the teacher was talking about what a tourist destination Kenya was.
I was able to maintain composure, but I kept wanting to crack up, as I kept hearing "Kenya believe it.." :-P
