What NOT to do when trying to scam someone...

Aside from being generally..non-trusting in the first place of the Internets, can anyones tell me what TWO things in this e-mail jump out to me as "WRONG"? :-P

501(c)(3) is a tax exemption for religious organizations.
Also...I would think official government communication would refrain from using "u" in place of YOU.

501 c is charity classification, i.e. non for profit. not sure what iwp is....

I didn't know about 501C (which I see is for non profits?) - My two guesses were going to be first the usage of "u" (So tacky) and the second thing of When does the IRS do things in 6-9 days??? It would take months!
