Weirdness today...lost a filling. Was chewing gum, and it came out.

Creepy little piece of metal...now to find a dentist (Which terrify me), and set an appointment.

And, am having a blast playing with my new card. :-)

I really do have the best friends in the world.

I have a great one.... she is on the southside and has an all female staff. Dentists terrify both me and Ting, but we like her. She does sedation procedures. Call me if you want more info, or a free intial exam, including xrays.

I've had that happen both with a metal fillings and porcilin ones. It's a horrible feeling! It's one of the reasons I really don't chew gum all that much.

As Bear said, if you're interested coming all the way down south, we actually have found a good dentist. First time we've done the sedation detistry thing and I'm very impressed with the denstist thus far.

As far as the card, very cool! Sounds like you're having a very happy birthday month, Per!

I'm bored, not much going on here, so I'll do it.

Been meaning to try my hand at dentistry for some time, anyway. Little bit of drilling, some JB Weld Epoxy, and this will never happen again. Rates are at an all-time low, and I guarantee my work. Somewhat. Besides, if it still ends up hurting, we can just kill the nerve by injecting some alcohol into it.

God[dess(es)], I'm gonna love this parenting stuff! Oh, and Ang prefers Dad to Mommy, weird; though I prefer her as Dad to me as the same.

Congrats on the card, and do you do babysitting? Just checking.

I've been recommended to the Sedation dentist, and recommended to Grin Dentistry...will likely try Grin first..

Of course, all is academic until the stuff shakes out here with our company getting a new dental plan...*sigh* Either way, I get to wait until the first of the month. Oh well. :-)

Yes, a very good birthday month...the card is great, and middle of next week, a bunch of us are going on a vacation to Wisconsin...will go to the Dells (Fun), and then finally House on the rock...while there, I told Drew I'd find somewhere to grab him some Point Root Beer...and should probably grab Roy some Point Bock, if I can...

Will you be able to last for 1/2 a month without your filling Per? If not, call up Grin, explain the situation and see if they might be willing to do some type of patch on the tooth until the first of the month (explain also that you're *very* interested in becoming their customre but need to wait until your insurance plan is set by the beginning of the month). Hopefully they won't charge you *too* much for a patch job. Dentist now-a-days always offer a payment plan anyways (dental plans just aren't what they use to be).

As far as your trip, *sweet*! Sounds like a marvelous one! I can't say that I've ever been up to Wisconsin, but I've heard some great things about the root beer... Enjoy the trip, Per!
