Dr's Appt was today...so, I now have three wounds...2 on my fingers from where they tried to drawn blood for a cholesterol test, and one in my arm from where they actually drew for the test...

The first two was a quick test...and, the numbers they saw made them wonder, so they sent me up for a full test.

December: Weight-240lbs. Cholesterol-257
April: Weight-216lbs. Cholesterol-149.

Damn. Damn. With that big a drop, of course they wanted to be double sure, but still.

All in all, am in a damn good mood...am just a little tired, and am still playing with the tv show "Lost" that was given to me recently. Oh, and am at the last two eps of Season 6 of Buffy..DAMN...good.

I'm still marvelling at the cholesterol thing...brain refuses to wrap that I've made that good a change.

Am tempted to go out and people watch sometime...just sit on a bench somewhere, like downtown near the memorial, and watch people go by. It's been an awful long time since I did that...

Need to relearn "Ninja Burger", so I can run the tournament well at Gencon. That will be a lot of fun this year...am painting a belt "Platinum" to give away as a prize...and am rambling now..just a little tired, but oh well, it happens.

cholesterol is a tricky thing. the commercials are right it's part heridtry(sp?) and part food. you'll get it down i'm sure.


lost is awesome, you should catch up and watch the end it should be great.

as for season six buffy, seeing red is a cool episode and the last two are incredible even if my girl is evil. just shows you how talent alyson hannigan is, plus(hope i'm not spoiling anything) giles being back is cool.

Yeah, the doc was right about a few things...as it is, it's been the change in cokes, but I also think it's been the red meat thing..well, and the fat with such.

The scariest part is, I look, and don't see a big difference...of course, I DO miss regular cokes quite a bit...ah well.

Strangely, my BP seems to be ok..think it was 120/80 the last I checked...I gotta start exercising..then I'd kick this things ass a little more. :-P

Chol is a fun thing to deal with...we'll see if I can keep it going. I'm happy with the start, tho.

I'm wanting to watch Lost...will, soon. Hadn't realized that the finale is going to be quite as long as it is...and, well, am adoring the fact that Delenn of B5 is apparently in it, and in a good role.

Yeah...it's been nice catching up on Buffy, too...It just irked me, once I've gotten to Season 7 (Which I have on tape), to see what Jonathan's fate was...and that make me a little more puzzled and irritated seeing Andrew at the end of the show. I've seen the last episode, it's just catching up that is the fun pain. Still, the end is in sight. Then I can obsess over the Angel series a little..well, maybe Lost first. :-P

andrew is cool, you just have to warm up to him. yeah jonathan dying sucked but there was reason. and he does sort of come back.
