per_soloStill up. At what point do you give up sleeping until the next evening?
Just started looking for the old SNES Power adapter, and converter for TV, and have given it up just as quickly as futile...don't want to clean the Apt. more...so, do I just go lie in bed, trying to shut the brain completely off?
Am past the point of htinking that Ambien or Lunesta or any pill would have helped me get sleep tonite...for some reason, body and brain don't want to shut off to allow it.
Wondering if this is my brain's way of trying to trick itself, but don't think so...then again, how would I know?
*sigh* At this point, the MOST sleep I could hope for would be 3 hours. I've gone on less before, but that was a REALLY bad day...worked for NOble Roman's at the time, and managed more stupid injuries that day than any other...scraped my fingers pushing a dough cart through a door, burnt my hand and arm on the oven, twice...tripped many times...
Eyes are droopy, but the last 50 minutes I spent in bed haven't done a damn thing. ARGH!
May as well try to go back for more..and must remember to ask my Sister if she remembers seeing the SNES power adapter...Super Mario World would be a good way to blow some brain cells and time.
Hmmm...quick capsule reviews of movies I watched yesterday.
Punisher - Good action flick...kid from Six Feet Under played a similar role, angsty teen type, and Thomas Jane actually pulled it off better than I'd have thought. Travolta played it straight, and it worked for him for that...I didn't recognize Samantha Mathis (Of Pump up the Volume and Broken Arrow fame).
28 Days - Good Sandra Bullock movie, with Alan Tudyk (Of Firefly) and Viggo. Drama, so not a whole lot of "Fun" stuff to post about it.
Dawn of the Dead - Remake..zombies in a mall. No Happy Ending (which I thought the original kinda had). Makes me wonder about seeing the new ROmero film "Land of the Dead", just to see where the story logically goes, according to the creator.
Half watched Family Guy...I'm losing my feel for it...it just doesn't seem as funny as it did several years ago..and it's almost like they are trying too hard...I won't last very long with it..tho, I did see a preview for Boreanaz' new show...dunno if I'll watch it or not.

bones looks ok, i'll give it a chance i guess. just not loving fox right now and kinda scared to try any of their new shows. y'know?
