per_soloYup, me and another guy started Methodist today...mainly because we are the two who are best at this..or at least, we're pulling in the best numbers.
No idea how many we pulled in today, but I know we stayed later than we have been...but part of that was, there was no way in hell we were leaving the lab we were in, until we'd gotten all the printers we were looking for there...and there were 60 some, I believe, in that lab alone.
So, we covered the Emergency Ward, Radiation, Processing (which I THINK is involved in Allergen or such...hard to tell, from what little I overheard while down there), Pharmacy...which was REAL interesting. Had to go into the controlled drugs room, and had to have a pharmacist let me in, and stay with me while I checked out the room. Had to wear "booties" in that area...or rather, what they were calling Bunny Feet...So far, everyone has been cool with it..we've had a few people question us, but not as many as you'd think...then again, they tend to check that we are badged, then let us do whatever we are there to do..with us following the assumption that we are going to try to make it as quick as possible, so we aren't in their way long.
Anyways, that's it..tomorrow is the end of the first week of this...comment has been made that this is a "networking" experience, as in, if we prove ourselves, they'll keep us in mind for future projects...for the pittance they are paying, I'd want to think that, but for some nagging reason, I'm doubting it.
Ah well...am tired, and it's almost time to sleep.
