Oct. 31st, 2005 11:26 amGiven the fact that our President just pushed forward a Supreme Court nominee who thinks that it's OK to strip search 10 Year Old Girls, I think this (which was found on the comments of a blog) should be pushed forward as a democratic or liberal talking point.
"This president has shown himself to be a reckless and irresponsible custodian of our nation's laws. He has soiled our country's dignity by turning us into a nation of torturers. He has lied us into a bloody, costly, crippling war. His appointment of incompetent cronies to positions of responsibility has resulted in needless deaths of our fellow citizens. Frankly, we are no longer able to trust him to nominate officials with the country's best interests in mind. For this reason, we are going to demand thorough, non-evasive, and cooperative answers from Judge Alito in our confirmation hearings. If he does not provide those answers, we will filibuster his nomination. This policy will hold for all nominees named by the current president."
Now, how do we forward this to every senator available?
