Phase 1...Complete!

Called Comcast, Cable Modem will be swapped out today...I just need to go to the main office, get the new one, and come home and place it..and, if a problem, call Comcast and get it taken care of.

Sweet...hopefully, this will take care of issues I was having. :-)

Thanks to Bear, and especially RoyalCrow, for helping me figure this. Thanks to that, I was able to succinctly tell Comcast what the probable problem was, have them agree, and figure the resolution.

Should be fairly easily there buddy... and no problem - that is what I do everyday of my life.. :)

Enjoy and you have the cell if there are problems - I can be helpful.. and work until 8pm.

:-) It appears to all be good so far...and, well, you've done quite a bit...fortunately, the Phone Support people were able to take care of the minor problem pretty quickly.

Now, get some rest...for some odd reason, I keep getting the feeling that things are rather hectic for you, so I prescribe rest and some relaxation, wherever you can get it.
