per_soloAnd to think, a year ago, I was at times commenting on how bored I was with how set and monotonous my life was.
Does this classify under the "Be careful what you wish for" virus? :-P
Seriously, a year ago, I was scared to death to be getting prepped for the A+ cert, and was just starting to think of how to plan a vacation for last year...which, ultimately, Sa and Kack ended up planning. Sa even gave me the grand idea, which would have been my second vacation (Paid, that is) of last year...travelling Route 66...the first one? Great vacation..time with friends, seeing places I likely wouldn't have seen..the 2nd? Well, it's on indefinite hold. Maybe after my 6 months at Anthem are up..I seriously doubt they will reup my contract or hire me FT..though, I find it amusing that Friday, I fielded 35 calls, and my average for length of call was at the end of the day 4:21...I think the other Contractor I've bonded with had 24 at the end of her day.
As said before, yes, I can do this work..and at this point, I don't really want to move out of Password changes, though I'm sure a month or so down the line, they'll want to move me to anther queu..we'll see.
