Tired....stomach still fluttery, but better...stressed and tired.

Thinking about Pride today...and how much a role it plays in everyone's life.

I feel sorry for the prideful...7 deadly sins aside...and I feel more sorry for those who can never let pride get out of the way, even in bad situations. People who will never admit they are in over their heads due to such pride, and instead just keep spiraling further and further.

I'm always working on not being one of those people, but I have my share of pride, just like anyone else.

Now, surviving the next several months? Challenging, interesting...terrifying.

Will try a better update, when my brain isn't tired, and tummy feels better.

I totally agree with you. There's a difference between having a lot of self-confidence and being prideful. Everyone should have a little self-examination in their lives. And, damnit, I can't respect someone I can't compromise with. Bleh.

Although, I think part of the trick is to not go overboard on the self-examination...
