First thing in the morning..

per_soloSo, I get into work today, and one of our people has left me a message. She needs to setup one of our callers on a machine that has Sharepoint, our new Document software.
She wants the girl to be in an office that has a machine...that's easy...however, the machines we've given to the callers don't have Office on them...that's a problem. So, I have to wait for however long Windows 98 decides it needs to take to install Office on this machine. THEN, after that, I have to install the Sharepoint software.
Did I mention that she wanted this girl to start at 8:00am working on this? Now, the kicker...when did she request this? I mean, you'd think that if she needed something different than we'd established for these callers, she would have let us know, say, early in the week, right?
Nope...I got into work this morning, to her message on my machine saying "I need to setup the caller on a machine with Sharepoint and a phone this morning".
Feh.
