Top 5...Top 5..

Top 5 things I'd do if I won 50 Million in the powerball. :-P

1. Pay off every bill/loan/etc.
2. Find a house...not buy a house, but find one and make the monthly payment on it.
3. Make a list of who to gift money to...wouldn't be an extreme amount, but just enough to give people a nice little bit to help their lives along.
4. Start a Charity...no idea what it would be yet, it's just in initial planning stages.
5. Go on a vacation...likely, overseas...heard about a fun trip to Ireland not too long ago (ok, 2 years ago), and would like to visit somewhere...always said I wanted to go to England, so that would likely be the plan..of course, that would require getting a passport, but if I won the lottery, I think that could happen.

So there, early Thursday morning Top 5. What would YOU do?

1. Put aside $5 million to invest and another $5 million in cash to live off the interest from.
2. Give my mom, dad, brother, and sister each $2-1/2 million. Anne and Leslie get anything they want.
3. Get a few Things: Build a big, wonderful house for myself and for fannish parties. Home theater, recording studio, library, indoor pool, workout room, Kitchen From Hell. Probably somewhere south of Ann Arbor. Tricked-out van, nothing too huge or ostentations but with a few extras. Baddest computer you ever did see.
4. Take another $10 million and start helping friends.
5. Set up $1 million foundations for NARAL, the ACLU, the Sierra Club, World Wildlife Fund, and a half-million each for WCPE Classical Radio and Folk Alley.

1.) Pay bills ---All of them, and the especially mean people(ie IRS), I would personally pay off all my debt with bags of quarters (only cause pennies would be too hard).
2.) Set up trust funds for my children. And children in my family, & my friends children. And pay for my brother to get his PhD, like he wants, he is still a kid right?
3.) Make parents, and mother-in law, and father in law, retire in their new homes and see them drivin around their new cars for fun of it.
4.) Give $10,000(cause that is how much you can get before the IRS taxes a gift) to each person who has been a friend in my life.
5.) Probably buy a home, but it would have the biggest kitchen ever with a huge fireplace and a couple of islands, lots of windows, where people get together to drink coffee and talk about their day. Everyone could come anytime and eat and drink and be happy.

I would probably like to travel too, and go back to school to be Doctor or Nurse Practitioner at least and then voluteer my services, after kids are grown.

2. Divide the ΒΌ in half. Give this half to family, friends & charity. 12.5 mil ea
3. Divide the 1/8 in half . Take the half pay bills, get house and get and do other fun stuff. add what is not spent to next line 6.25 mil
4. Divide the 1/16 + (6.25 mil-x) into 7 and live on it. 892,857 per year if all of line 3 is spent
