Shoulder? Achy...just the back of the shoulder, ah well, could be worse.

Brain? Still achy. :-) Have been pointed at training again, training people on software and computer use, so dunno if that's a good option or not, but still, would be more interacting with people and helping than I'm doing, so it's worth investigating in my copious free time.

And, on with the day...

Current 5...Current 5...what to do with the current 5..

Ok...first five instrumental movie scores that come to my mind as ones I've really enjoyed.

1. Star Wars, in particular, The Asteroid Field, from Empire Strikes Back, but overall, the soundtrack for the first 3 was great.

2. The Indiana Jones Suite...the main theme, but again, most of the music from this is great.

3. Poltergeist...still creeps me to this day, and is one of the things I hold up as a great movie that was enhanced by its score.

4. The Lord of the Rings...all three mesh together to make a great score that when you listen, just makes you go "WOW"

5. Star Trek II - The Wrath of Khan. Particularly, the last several tracks....I don't think there's ANYONE I could spoil this movie for, but I'm not gonna take that chance..pretty much from the scene where Spock looks up from the science console, and starts moving. :-)

Honorable Mentions? Dark City, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Dark Crystal, The Mexican, Hook.

Have a good day.

Forgot to mention that I found a "puppy" that I adored...and wished I could take home.

Kathawkes has a puppy..it looked like a beagle or beagle mix to my untrained eye, but was quite adorable...was told that it was a little odd, but it came right up to me, and let me pet it for a good while...

I want a dog, but I'm not going to subject a dog to Apt. living...hell, if I've not been willing to subject a cat to it, I have a hard time seeing getting a dog for that same reason..

Also, if I get a pet? All of a sudden, I REALLY need to pay attention to allergy meds and such...

Kathie? Any chance you can post a picture of the dog? :-)

Am listening to music I have...and, popped in a Babylon 5 remix that I found at KMN....

It's now at the "Battle of Line" music, some of it slower...and, it still causes goosebumps and heartache...

Time for some exercise, and then a bath. :-) Try to work through the boggling in my brain. :-P

And, after some exercise...I...ache. yes, only 20 minutes of Yoga, and the boy is in pain...gah...must turn this into a routine, lest I lose my mind with it.

Still, feels good...heart is jackhammering...and, everytime the DVD said "The legs are strong and steady", I wanted to laugh as mine were shaking with the effort...

Still, it's a start.

Now, any ideas on if I should alternate every other day...one session, Yoga, the next, Pilates, or is that too much?
