Am listening to music I have...and, popped in a Babylon 5 remix that I found at KMN....

It's now at the "Battle of Line" music, some of it slower...and, it still causes goosebumps and heartache...

Time for some exercise, and then a bath. :-) Try to work through the boggling in my brain. :-P

And, after some exercise...I...ache. yes, only 20 minutes of Yoga, and the boy is in pain...gah...must turn this into a routine, lest I lose my mind with it.

Still, feels good...heart is jackhammering...and, everytime the DVD said "The legs are strong and steady", I wanted to laugh as mine were shaking with the effort...

Still, it's a start.

Now, any ideas on if I should alternate every other day...one session, Yoga, the next, Pilates, or is that too much?

Yoga always kicks your ass on the first day or two. The first time I tried back after gallbladder, it was funny, b/c I thought the instructor was going way too easy on me. I felt like I could everything. And then, by the end of the next day, I could barely stand up on my own.... BUT, it gets better fast.

I absolutely love yoga. I even have Studentbane going to my class with me now. I haven't tried pilates. Have you done it before? What do you think?

It helps to take a class, so you have to make specific time. But that usually takes money. My class is included in my Y membership, and they also do Pilates, but my dance card is full. I can't squeeze it in.
