Unemployed again.

Wow, Office space hit the nail on the head...do it on a Friday, and make it late in the day.

was just called by recruiter, and informed that no, they will not be keeping me. The reason given is that i'm not as far along as the other techs.

Annoyed? Yes, but I go back on unemployment, and this just means I have a month or so before that cash runs out...now to find something in the meantime...

Worst case, I have a few options I don't want to have to rely on...but, I have a better shot at finding something.

What REALLY scares me? I'm not violently screaming at this...


Hmmm...the Gigolo plan is sounding better and better. :-P

Wish I could help you dear, but I only accounted for one gigolo in my life. :)

Keep your chin up. Sounds like your life is guiding you into a new direction. It's frightening when this happens, but can be quite exhilerating as well when you start going down this new road. As I said before, talk with Bear and the school about grants and scholorship...You might be surprised by what you can qualify for.

No worries, your Gigolo does just fine. :-) I go down tomorrow to talk to an advisor, then see what they can do for me.
