Head has been achy all day. Yes, mothers, I took meds for it. :-)

Today was cleaning, pitching, getting some things ready to take to Half Price Books..yeah, I'll get reamed on taking stuff there, but it's out of here, and it helps get rid of some of the damned Packrat mentality I have...well, ok, won't get rid of the mentality, but will get rid of the clutter.

Need to edit TV tomorrow, follow up on the job, apply for more, go to Sam's and apply there, and follow up with Elkins on the job that she has been pointing me to. From what she said, that's a "go in on Tuesday, at 6:30pm, and talk to them". From what I recall, it is downtown, and the initial sound to me, and anyone who hears about it, is telemarketing, but it's more like focused calling.

Yes, I'm aware that I am not that good at cold calling. We're not going to discuss that, mkay? Thanks. I'm even now looking at what factories are local, too...for those unaware, factory work ranks JUST above Fast Food for me. I didn't have an LJ when I worked a factory, 10 or so years ago...which was probably just as well.

So, job hunting this week, driving out to Rob's in Ohio for Marcon on Friday...having fun at Marcon on Friday and Saturday, then driving home Sunday to be social with friends...no clue yet on the Monday what I'll be doing yet.

Need to wrap a birthday gift tomorrow...*heh*

Let's see...borrowed from the Library...Family Guy Volume 3 (which is all of Season 4), and Space: Above and Beyond...never saw the show while it was on the air, and am curious on it now.

Somewhere, sometime, need to go through a few more videos to pull clips for Incon...and figure out when/where I'll run a few games there. At this rate? That'll likely be my last hurrah as a MIB for SJ Games. Hell, I don't even know what new games have come out, that's how far behind I am. And, well, I'm sure my friends are getting a little tired of getting SJ Games stuff for X-mas. :-P So, little more thought/creativity in my gifts this year..

And, yes, a new Icon...sorry, the david SFU Icon was..well, descriptive of my head lately, but we're trying to change that. Hey, at least I'm not referring to myself in the third person, yet. So, this icon will be the default for a little bit.

For those keeping track of the Tape Occlusion thing...will likely remove it tomorrow, and apply a new piece...should be interesting to see if it's doing what it should be..if not, well, then I'm stuck with a wart until I have it burnt off or whatever...fine, so be it.

alex did close to NOTHING at work today leaving most of it to me and only thanks to robin did i not have loads of shit to do. and even though i was doing him a favor he did did some bullshit warning only this time on a CUSTOMER'S account. sigh.....

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by 'warnings' on accounts--do they hurt the customer's 'credit' with the store and if so, can't he get fired for that?

there things like returned so and so movie empty, has balance at so and so store and such.

his were some bs about my acct being closed and the one on the customer's acct said was fired. so i'm thinking yeah, he could get fired. hoping it happens soon. does that make me a bad person?

things like returned movie empty or balance on another account stuff. usually to warn the person looking at it for anything unusual.

Okay - I have been using Brian for awhile - and frankly, it is my best icon besides my DJ one. but love the Stewie head turning... gots to love that dude. :)

If I get a chance, will poke my head into HR at omcast and see why the hell they have not hired you yet...
