May. 22nd, 2006 05:17 pmTHIS one has decided to hire their people in house.
WHy I'm not breaking down yet, I don't know.
Onto the next.

What I mean to say is, that means they are doing their hiring in house, as opposed to going through a Temp Agency, which causes my mind to say "Great, where's the Time Machine, and I'll go back a week or so, tell the Temp agency NOT to submit me, and walk over and submit myself"
I hate using the time machine like that, however.

Date: 2006-05-23 02:09 am (UTC)On a semi-related note, one of my "Lazy Recruiter" tricks has been to Google a buzzword-compliant phrase in the (not so) carefully anonymized job description that a recruiter might blindly post to find the actual job posting (or at least the company) in question. Having not yet established a relationship with the recruiter, I could then safely approach the company in question. ;)
