Cheap Weekend.

per_soloWell, my computer died this last week...either the Motherboard, or the Processor...I'm not so sure on the Motherboard...still, it's usually good to replace both at once, along with Memory...problem is, My video card is dead, and I've already bought a new/better Power Supply.
I'm limping along with an older machine...it'll do for Web/Mail and such, but man, is it slow. The previous Processor was an AMD Duron 800...
So, I'm taking it cheap and easy this weekend...catching up on things (DVDs) that have been loaned to me.
Finished Firefly. Wow...on one hand, I'm glad I didn't watch it on Fox, as they showed the episodes out of order...and, they didn't advertise it, and they killed it before it had a chance. It is VERY hard for me to pick a favorite character, as they all did good. Looking forward to the movie.
Also watched Jason X...and laughed my ass off. NOT a movie I'd recommend, but one that was a fun way to waste 90 minutes...any movie like that, where you are figuring who is going to die in what sequence...
And, now, am watching Jawbreaker...and going to bed early. As I said, boring, cheap weekend. :-)
