Right...Telemarketing, so not my thing at all. Lasted about an hour (after training), and then realized that I was getting frustrated, realized that wasn't going to go away with it, and opted out.

Was worth the attempt, but I should have remembered how frustrated I got with such when I did a few nights of it at ABG.

*shrug* Nothing else to say or do about it. Two interviews tomorrow, which will go better. And one of which would have precluded me doing the telemarketing job in the first place.

*heh* Should have listened to the comment of one who is like me...when TM was mentioned, the comment was "I can't TM. Trust me, I start puking blood".

Yeah, I didn't last very long doing telemarketing either. I think I made it an entire week once. And I tried again and I think I made it one day.

Thanks. I feel a LITTLE better about myself.

It's just a hard mindset to get into..and, as it did the last time, makes me appreciate the people (like a distant cousin of mine) and my friend Elkins, who CAN do it.

Yeah, she called me wanting your number, as it was on the brother's phone...then she realized she was using that..I DID tell her that I only had your home phone number (the one she already had). You managed to dodge?

sort of. she called and i said i was in the middle of something but to be honest i don't have time or energy to deal with something that is neither my fault nor my concern. tried asking goldstep to see if he could stop it but apparently he's getting the same thing from his brother and her as well. sigh....next time she calls i might just verbally snub her and see if she goes away.

Desperation breeds...well, some weird creatures, I'd assume.

Must let cell phone charge...I need to call a friend and check on yet another job (in addition to today's two), and then figure how to check on the Dispensing Optician jobs I applied to (The book came in handy yet again).

And, well, the whole "procrastinating=Loser" section had me..um, hanging my head briefly til I assimilated it.
