Ok, so the interview this afternoon felt MUCH better.

Went down to IUPUI, and went to find the building...asked a woman who was walking outside if she knew where it was..she asked where I was trying to get to, once I told her, she said "Oh, you're Chris."

*boggle*

Come to find out that she is one of the people I'd be working with...got directed, and met another woman who, after checking to see if the interviewer was in, asked about my uncle. :-P I promised I'd send him a hello from her, and waited for the interview.

Took LOTS of notes, yes, it'd be a bit of a pay cut from "previous" jobs, but ya know what? A pay CUT is still better than NOTHING. :-P and when you factor in a free class a semester, that ain't too shabby, neither. (right usage? Ah, screw it).

So, yes, in a bit better mood. :-)

Have been having fun, as well, as I'm watching "Max Headroom", the original 1 hour Brit pilot...now to find/get the other episodes. Anyone have any of this on tape? :-P NOt quite able to get the DVDs that are offered (non-legits..go figure), but figure I'd put that out there.

An IUPUI job will probably know better how to handle a student employee, too. Lots of their employees are students of some form.
