Had a friend from ages ago find me today, and talked to him and his wife for a while. Comment made was that I'm here for a short while, and I shouldn't feel bad, as in 2 terms of Bush for President, EVERYONE is feeling how tight things are. Smiled and nodded politely to him. T'was still good to meet them.

The wife was trying to convince me to be on her sales team..she's a Mary Kay rep! *heh* He and I both agreed that might not be the best for me, esp if I'm going to be working nights, and doing school during the days. But, then again, who knows. She said there are very successful Male reps, I just have a hard time seeing that.

Trying to think of which of my classes I can drop...think there's one that meets on Mondays, at 3:45, and that'll likely be the one to go. 1 credit class, drops me from 5 to 4 classes. Still at 12 Credit hours. And, that also keeps my classes at 2 TV, and 2 web.

MUST research how the web classes will work...the tv ones? I can have friends record, if I'm not up in an Apt. or Home in Indy by that time.

Other bit of weirdness...she's doing social work for a retirement home. Not enough time to chat with her today about that, but a further avenue to question later.

So, that makes only 2 people that have managed to find me while I've been down here. Yay, that part of my plan is going successful so far.

So, you won't be attending any lectures? Just web classes and TV classes? Wow. That's a weird world. I'm curious as to how that would work for me... I pay attention in lectures, but have a history of blowing off stuff that I'm supposed to do on my own time.

You still have at least a third of the semester to drop, so you can try on this workload to see how it feels.
