per_soloI am SO tired this week. Feels like work has been non-stop for about 3 weeks...rather, 3 and a half weeks of Mondays.
Work is going well, otherwise...at least I'm not bored, right? There are currently NO movies I want to go see...I pissed a friend of mine off the other day..he IM'd me, I haven't heard from him in a good while, and he IMs me saying he went to see "The Passion", and that it was the best movie he'd ever seen. I told him I'd rather watch JCS, as it was much better told. He told me he'd ignore that I said that.
I'm still EXTREMEMLY annoyed on The Passion front...I went into my local EB Games last Friday, and THEY were all talking about the movie...UGH. You'd think Gamer Geeks would be excepted...just UGH. I need to find a few new games...or, need to start up a Neverwinter group again...tho, the new Star Wars game (Knights of the old republic) looks good, and I bet would look fabulous on my new machine. :-)
I've sent an invitation to an Artist Guest of Honor for my convention...and am accumulating information on James Marsters...think he'd be fun for a convention. Still looking for an Author...and am reading a book by Chris Bunch that was recommended by a guy I spoke with at Half Price books.
New computer is working fabulously...just picked up an 80G hard drive on Saturday, so spent most of the day playing with that, formatting it and such. And now, everything on the home machine appears to be great. Am re-organizing my MP3 collection...to make it easier to find stuff...
Vaguely hungry...wonder what i should get for lunch today...will be going out to grab Comic Books (which is interesting...I've cut down how many comics I buy drastically...and don't really mind), and then a bite to eat. Tonite, I go hang out in a Hot Tub, and watch the new Stephen King movie/series "Kingdom Hospital", which looks fun and quirky. I'd be curious to see the original "The Kingdom", but don't have a multi-region DVD player...yet. Maybe at the end of the month...after Birthday.
31...hmmm...I'll be 31 at the end of the month. I've already asked for the day off, and was told ok. Should be an interesting day, regardless.
Now, to find more news articles to update the Weblog.
