1. How much time do you spend keeping up with the news? Why?
Hmm..not as much anymore, but enough that it annoys me a little. Why, well, I used to do a blog that screamed on politics. Used to being the operative word. I can't bitch about the politics anymore, with real world stuff kinda taking priority.
2. What are your main sources for information about current events?
Um, radio, cnn.com, indystar.com or drudge report. Filkertom helps me keep up with some of it lately.
3. Which current news story has you the most angry or upset? Why?
Right now? Richard Armitage saying he's sorry now for revealing Valerie Plame. Yeah, it's great that he says this, NOW that he's been revealed, but not a word before now.
4. Which current news story has you the most happy or excited? Why?
The lowering oil prices. sorry, it affects my wallet, so I'm happy.
5. If you could change one thing about the way news is gathered and disseminated, what would it be?
Have there be more accountability in the way news is told, OR have truly fair and balanced reporting. If they print some trash one week that proves to be unfounded? BOLD TYPE that says "hey, we were wrong".
but that's most likely a pipe dream, and those, according to bloom county, are under the bed.
