Various thoughts hitting me today.

How obsessive is it to have 5 GIG of live concerts for a band you've never seen? Started out as a "Oh, well, I'll see what live concerts I can find for a couple of friends", and in the process, I keep finding more and more.

Am debating buying a game on the way home, to treat myself tonite. Am trying to remember just how much I've treated recently, and don't think I have, too much at all really. Bought a book a week ago. Now, reasons NOT to treat? Every little bit of money will help me save, get out of debt, move back out on my own in a few months. Reasons TO treat? I have been paying off the debts, have been hitting the books hard for my classes (I passed a human research test yesterday for one of the classes), and have been muddling through a class that I fear will make me its bitch.

I have no idea, and will probably make my decision after finding out just how much the game will cost now, versus a week from now, when it's no longer on a special. *le sigh and shrug*

The internet is too quiet. I feel like bitch-slapping someone for a friend. Ah well.

Puppy Therapy is good. Until the puppy passes GAS THAT WOULD KILL YOU.

Cafe Olivia has a DAMN good Cubano sandwich. Wow.

I think I've managed to play matchmaker for two friends. This shall prove, interesting, at the very least. I'll hope it works out for the two of them.

And, that's all I can think of now, back to work.

are you up for seeing black dahalia at some point? zatgirl seems interested, figured there could be carpoolage or something and we could do big group. when we all have time and money but still.

We played it a bunch last night and had a great time. I had trouble getting into it at first, but now I'm there. It's really creative.

*nod* It is surprising the number of little "extras" that it includes. I'm saving up studs in this one, because there are a few nice things about being able to buy "2X", and eventually "10X", so that you have this massive amount of "cash".

The vehicles in 2 are a lot more fun to deal with, too. I can't wait til you get to it.

I empathize with you so very, very much. My dog has a knack for letting go the rankest farts at the worst possible times.

Like when you're on the couch making out with someone, and things are getting really hot and interesting, and then BAM! A smell so bad you not only have to leave the room, but also leave the whole damn house.

Cat farts can be pretty bad, too.

Elfkitten used to have the most amazing farts when she was, in fact, a kitten. Amazing stink power in a tiny cute package.

Per, make sure you budget into your budget the ability to have some fun and treat yourself periodically. It's important to do to keep your spirits up.

Puppy therapy? Yeah, gotta love it. I know that people on stop 11 must get a kick out of me and Goober. Every morning, I go out with her and run her around the trees (we play "I can't catch you"). They do make you giggle at times. And just as an FYI, it's not just puppies that have the gas problems...it goes on long into adulthood as well!

And yeah, Puppy Therapy is a wonderful thing. Every now and then, it makes me ponder getting one, but I'd be much more likely to own a ccat first.
