Phasing/Intangibility (Kitty Pryde, as in the comics, ability to fly, go through walls, stuff like that)

Skraal, an alien with sonic abilities.

No sidekick, as I'd have too many memories of Jason Todd, and wouldn't want to do that to anyone. :-P
