So, today is busy busy, go figure.

This time, my RIGHT shoulder is killing me. Need a Hot Tub, who knows, if one of the houses I'm looking at renting pans out, then maybe I can get one of those, eventually (or rent, cheap, or something).

Today was also a first. The first time I've gotten a flu Shot in my life. People have been telling me for the last several years that I should, just never did. Part is due to Mobobocita's horror story of Flu Shots. :-P

Well, after a few hours, I can say that I feel decidedly odd. Head hurts, sinuses ache, and I feel very light. Also concentration is coming a little harder than normal.

In short, we'll see in a few days if I think this is worth getting again, as of this moment? Probably not. :-)

I'm skeptical that all those symptoms are from the flu shot. And the real flu is a scary disease.

Of course, I haven't gotten off my butt to get one this year, though I've had them other years with no appreciable side effects.

I'm skeptical, too, unless I was already partially sick going in. But, I felt fine beforehand (else I wouldn't have bothered), and it was the right place, right where I went to lunch.

The shoulder? yeah, that was pre-existing from sleep. Sinuses, that may well be allergies, too. The light head and feeling chilled? That I think may be related to the shot. Help Desk lead said that you feel a little odd, esp if you've not had one before.

Either way, if this helps me keep from catching flu this year? Whoot! Of course, that just means the flu that goes around will not be one of the three strands they vaccinate against. :-P
