I had to stop myself from chuckling that would devolve into insane laughter.

TV show about a girl who is half-human, half-alien. As a result, she has these powers...the most common one was stopping time. She lived with her mom on earth and she talked to her dad through this cube thing.

Swinging on a Star was the theme song.

Oh wow, I think I DO remember that, at least, the cube thing.

And that just turned my brain to thinking of "Small Wonder". Wow.
