per_soloOk. Awesome day. Tired as hell, still have a lot to do tomorrow, but the networking alone has been worth it.
Have talked to many people, including a guy who is on the same page as me, for future plans and ideas. I'll try to post more later, in detail, but let's just say that the feeling of being in the exact right place, at the exact right time, is extreme.
For example. There has been a book I've been looking for FOR YEARS. 4th book in the Golgo 13 series, only four were published/translated here in the states. I've had books 1-3 for a long ass time. NEver able to find the 4th on Ebay or elsewhere.
Negative and I went out to dinner, decided to stop at Comic Carnival and bother his nephew (who ended up not being there). Lo and behold, while looking/browsing. Book 4, for $4.99.
There are many other things that point to this being a good path for me to be on, however, that's just one of them. The weird little universal "clicks".
Hope everyone else has been having a good weekend. I'm tired, and will wake up in about 5 hours to go back up.
