per_soloOk. I can get the phone at $49.99, however, it appears that the kind friends whom I'm leeching off of, one of them needs to be present, as an authorized purchaser type of thing. In short, I think it is the basics of "This phone will be on this plan a while longer before we give you the phone at a much nicer price than we sell them for" type of thing. So, need to schedule time with Mo or Mr. Mo and see if I can get that accomplished.
In other news? IUPUI apparently needs RA's, so I've sent off an initial inquiry to the housing dept there, and have polled a few people for their experiences with RAs. Anyone have any stories, advice, ideas, or any such?
Basics is that it would cover room and board at the school, and a monetary stipend (which I'm assuming would be rather little). This gets me on campus, and makes things a little easier, in that regard, but I still realize that while doing this now, I feel like I'm trailblazing. Which is stupid, as many of my friends have already gone through this.
Throat is still "ugh", but feeling better. I'm sure it's nothing that a little more bedrest won't help.
