Oh, and forgot to mention in the previous entry. The contract agency called, as the position I held last year has come open again. Caught them up on what I was doing, and told them I would keep any eye out for anyone local who is looking for a Tier 1 position downtown Indy.

The temptation to take it was small, but I'm not at the point where I want to focus on things other than classes right now. That idea seems ridiculously insane in my head, but "eh".

So, if any interest, let me know. :-)

Hey, Good for you. I mean it - might be a little unnerving to think that you are not going after this scrape but in the larger picture - the RA thing for next year, sounds like a win/win in my book. Gets you on campus full time, if you do the bartending (btw, the wedding show last weekend - you need to get those referalls in because those places sure do like to rack up the bartender tab - no pun intended.

Anyway - lo, the times are a changin as one singer might have put it.

Oh, a whole host of things have been unnerving me lately, but I have to keep moving forward. The RA thing sounds like it could be more interesting than I think. So bears the further investigation.

And yeah, need to have cards ready for the next wedding show. Bartenders are wedding gigs have a lot of fun. Now, if I do the flair thing, I wonder how many flair bartenders hit weddings. Hmmm...

Times are a changing, but that's a pretty consistent thing I note. For most everyone. I do the "Where were you a year ago", and then try to look at where everyone was a year ago. Something about the one constant in life being change. :-)
