Ahhh...

No idea why this makes me feel better, but today was a good day. One of the goods? Borrowing "Eternal Sunshine" from friends.

Ok, so woke up earlier than normal on a Saturday, went to donate blood, got deferred due to having a cold. Feh, ok, fine, whatever.

Went to friends house, hung out a bit, then went to lunch with RoyalCrow, Goldstep, ConfusedJew and an acquaintance. Good food, good hanging out. Loaned CJ "The Star Wars Holiday Special". *HEH* Can't wait to see a review on that, since it happens to be one of the worst POS's in existence.

Went back to other friends, watched "Slither", and was told that yes, it's a fun parody/horror mix. Borrowed some DVDs (A Scanner Darkly, and Eternal Sunshine), then went with yet another friend to help her run an errand of getting food from Wal-Mart (she be poor, and had a gift card for there). Dropped her off, and just made it home.

Have a homework assignment due tomorrow, another MOnday, and...something I'm scared I'm forgetting. It'll come to me, eventually. :-P

Eternal Sunshine makes me feel good as well. I have times occasionally where I just have to watch or read something that makes me feel good inside. The two movies that do that for me right now are The Hours and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

BTW I've come to notice that your mood icons are from that very same movie. LOVE it!

*nod* The more I think on it, the more I think it may be my favorite movie, if not ONE of my favorite movies. Have never seen "The Hours", will have to look into that.

Thanks. :-) Took me a little while to figure out how to make that type of mood theme, and it's well worth it. I debated Firefly/Serenity, a "Sinfest" theme, and a few others.

No, no class, but one class, the assignments are due on Sundays. :-) And another due tomorrow.

You might be lucky, I gave while you and J were waiting on S.
My arm still hurts and while I feel better I felt like s**t
yesterday. Of all the times I have donated(inculding the time the rookie was drillin for oil)I have never had such a
bad recaction. But in 56 I'll still give again.

Glad you feel better, I had no clue what was going on there, but we'll see if my "regular" donation spot hsa better luck for me next time.
