Heh. I don't know if this would be counted as "fun." Five years ago to the day? I had just given birth a few days before. Recently gotten out of the hospital from that and most likely napping because it hurt to do anything else ;)

*heh* Oh, the fun comment was just me having something tickle my mind, and posting due to it.

5 years ago, I have no idea where I would have been, or what I would have been doing. I know where I'd have been living, who I'd have been hanging out with, the concerns with work.

Hell, the weirdness to me is that I don't think I even had LJ in 2002. Just a "rant" webpage.

Naps are good, I've been fighting wanting to take one all day, but I'm assuming that to be partial adrenaline drop, or such. :-)

If it was a Saturday, then it's likely the first day we visited Abq to decide whether or not to move here. Give or take a weekend, but I'm pretty sure it was this weekend or the next one. We were in a head-on car wreck that totaled the blue Cavalier the Thursday before. That car had a death wish.

At the end of that weekend, we decided to move here. And then I cried a little bit over the stress and huge life changes. And then we decided to get married.

Wow. Kind of a momentous weekend.

*nod* Some fun with this idea is trying to remember, trying to remember the frame of mind, the major/minor changes, whole host of things. I know I've burned my brain on figuring some of this.

Well, I was still working through the aftermath of my close friend Chaz's attempted suicide and was still pissed at him, yet my concern overrode that.

At the time I was planning on going to my cousin's wedding ceremony, and I had little to no inkling of the hell my life was about to become and how miserable I was going to be for the rest of the year and over halfway through 2003.

Concern can override a lot of feelings/emotions.

But, things got better halfway through 2003? Or rather, the latter half?
