Days and Away...

Well, the first day of class went well...lots of stuff I knew, and a little I didn't know, or had never been taught...kinda neat and interesting

5 of us in the class...and a different teacher than last time...

Last night, watched "The 4400" on Video that I'd recorded the night before..very good show...as I understand, by the same writer as "Taken", this deals with 4400 people who were abducted, and have now been returned..none of them has aged at all, and some of them (if not all of them) have some weird "abilities"...if I say much more, I'm spoilering it.

I'm liking it...

Also, listened to some "Star Wars" radio drama last night, before going to bed at 9:00...woke up once, at 1:15, but other than that, slept pretty well last night.

And now, time for Day 2 of class...found out that I have no real Dial-In access from the hotel...something is kooky with their phone line in that it drops...a lot. Ah well...more time to study. :-)

And, Friday, the LONG drive home. 3 hours, on the road, with just myself for company...not too bad, but not too great...

I'll try to update more later..I'm debating putting an update on my Blog...

But, just for you comic book geeks...have you noticed how all the images of John Edwards show him with this BIG grin on his face? Anyone else out there reminded of "The Smiler" from Transmetroplitan? Creepy..not that it matters much...

They have this Opinion page and one of the cartoons has Kerry pulling up in his Limo and hanging out the door. He is talking on .. Oh hell - here is the cartoon.
