Wedding yesterday.

per_soloFirst, a big congrats to Royalcrow and Indyellen! Yesterday was their wedding, and it was a fun one. Outdoor setting (and only a partial freeze thanks to yellowjackets), indoor, GREAT food, music, and talking. Got to hang out with several people, just talking for a while. Didn't dance (seriously, if I'm EVER caught doing the Chicken dance, someone take a picture...), but did have a good time. Was told to take home food, as the couple will be in Daytona for a week, and I managed to snag the fabulous Meatballs (They taste like Salsbury Steak!), and some fruit.
Today, not a whole lot. Practicing up on my signs, watching some Futurama, cleaning a little, and taking it easy. The next few days will be busy, as is normal lately. Went to Circuit City, as there is a sale on memory for my computer, and I'd been meaning to up the memory for a while.
Nothing else planned today.
I DID get turned this weekend to a book series that I've only read a SMALL bit of, but will recommend to others. Peter David's "Knight" series. Basic concept is King Arthur comes back..and runs for Mayor of New York (or is it Governor? Hmmmm), and it follows him. Three books in the series. As it's Peter David, I'll give it more of a chance, even with not having read much.
And, was given the letter "K" for the meme last week. So, here are ten K songs. :-P

As for Mr. David's "Knight" books, they're pretty decent. He rewrote the first one ("Knight Life") and it is somewhat improved over the original. I didn't care as much for the third one.
