Ren Faire after all...

per_soloSo, in answer to Astria's question, the ren faire was at Conner Prairie this year.
I didn't think I'd end up going today, as I had plans to finish my paper (which I did), and study a little more for an ASL book quiz tomorrow (which I'm doing now).
So, at some point, I noticed my friend who was at the faire was online on GMessenger...I messaged, and found out that his company internet/connection had gone down..he was stuck in work. After talking to him, and telling him I had time, I ended up going up after all.
Walked very little, grabbed a bite there, then waited for tear down..and assisted with that. We had it all down, and were out of there, in under 3 hours. Kinda nice, as we were losing daylight, and there were a LOT of vehicles out and about making it harder to load the vans.
After that, went to their house, played the Bioshock Demo on X-Box 360 (Gah, do not like the controls of that system), but the game? DAMN. DAMN DAMN. Ate some pizza, talked a bit, got to talking to him about Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles *smirk*, then came home. Reading a bit, then bed, and a busy week tomorrow.
Damn, I'm tired.
