We've got a list of what they had to repair/replace. Tiles in Kitchen/Bathroom (were aware of that), reglazing the countertop..not so sure, but I can see it in a "Dick" kinda way. Replacing light bulb in the bathroom (Bullshit..), replacing cracked light coverplate. And the blinds (which yeah, we thought about).
Wouldn't have been so bad, but we'd asked the manager to walk through so that any damage we could fix, we would...and heard it was ok. :-) Just points to sucky management. Amidst the other problems at the place.
