Good weekend, overall. Got sick Friday night, and slept most of Saturday. Today, went shopping.

Good news, took the practice exam for Software tonite, got a 92%...bit better than I felt while taking it. Will take it again tomorrow, and if I do good again, will schedule the exam for next week.

Watching "Carnivale"...seems a little bit of a filler ep, but we'll see.

Going through comics, to see what to lose, what to keep. I now have 3 boxes and change of stuff to sell/get rid of. Leaving 11 boxes full of comics (well, closer to 10..one of those is light)

Am finding my desire to collect comics dropping..which is kinda...creepy. Of course, I'm still buying Hardcovers, or Trade Paperbacks. I need to make a list of the ones I want trades of, in order to get rid of the actual comics. Of course, that does beg the question of how to get rid of the issues themselves. E-bay is the easy way to look at it...as is Half Price Books. E-bay is actually the better option, as there, all I have to do is figure out how to start selling again, and then the shipping bit. Half Price will give me crap for em..So, what i need to do is figure out what, via Ebay, is hot right now, and start putting them up. Then, the stuff that won't go on Ebay, sell to Half Price...of course, I should let friends have first stab at em...already gave away about 20 comics to a friend...old Now Comics "Green Hornet" series...

oh well. Night.

Loosing interest is not creepy. I mean, I used to love to read Sci-fi... but I've found most leave me wanting anymore, even some of the ones I've always liked. My tastes have changed. Could be maturity, or just a shift in personality, I don't know. But, as my therapist once told me, it is nothing un-natural, "Today, you just did not want to read sci-fi".

Yeah, I've noticed a lot of the same thing. I don't read as much sff as I used to. Some of it is me changing, I think, and I think some of it is getting too familiar with the genre. I still like a good sff book that is an idea I really haven't seen before, but those are getting hard to find.
