per_soloReview Review time at work. Every year, the same old theme.
BLAH!
The good news...got the 360 review part back from co workers, and hey, go figure, the co workers think I'm doing a pretty ok job. Typically, the co workers review was on the same level as my own. So, we'll just have to see how reviews go. I actually feel good about my job and my skills. Next week will just go more toward proving that.
Now, a raise, and getting the accursed "Assistant" removed from my title would be nice too. Yes, technically, I am my boss' assistant..however, due to his people skills, I tend to be the person dealing with our end users...since I'm first line support, and since my boss TOLD ME a few years ago, I'm not really doing an assistants job. Therefore..well, you can draw your own conclusion from that.
Also forwarded him the information on the next class I want to take. We'll see if it actually goes through. I'm just glad my goals are flexbible enough to say "Attend Training", and NOT "Pass Certification"...kinda makes my life a little less hectic, knowing that even a mere cost of living increase, let alone an actual raise, isn't dependent on how I test. Like fucking High School all over again.
Um...what else...not a whole lot else at the moment..sure, there are other things, but eh...my brain isn't wanting to focus much on em at the moment. We'll see what i have later.
