per_soloOnto other news, bought a 200 Gig hard drive tonite. That will be mega fun. Now it's formatting, and taking its time...One thing about "the new days" versus "The Old Days", it seems to take hard drives longer to format. Go figure...course, the brain says "Get a 300 Gig...Half a Terrabyte! *shakes head in amusement at self*
after 2 weeks of not getting comics, I went today...(week 3), and there were only 2 comics out of ones I'm collecting...Secret Wars (Which ends in 3 months..it's a quarterly), and Astonishing X-Men...which is one of THE best comics written today. Written by Joss Whedon...and, from what I've heard from various people, you don't have to worry about knowing much about X-Men, as Whedon hasn't done a lot with the continuity. I'd recommend it for anyone, but that's partially because I'm a Whedon whore at this point.
Am still having lots of fun with the Birthday gift...wonderful toy, TV Capture...your own personal Tivo in the computer. Recorded "Banzai" the other night...no real idea why, but it was a fun show.
Nothing else really coming to mind, so hey, fun.
