To catch up on sleep, one usually debates going to bed early...especially if one is VERY tired.

But, you work an 8:00 to 5:00..so, when you get home, that first hour is just wasted time to a great degree...sitting down, relaxing, trying not to think that hard...debating cleaning, so you can finally have that finished.

6:00-7:00pm is time for The Simpsons...another good waste to an hour..and, you're still relaxing, detoxing off a tiring day at work..whether from physical tiredness, or mental...

So, at the end of that, if you're wanting to catch up to lost sleep (and to do this, you SHOULD go to bed at 9:00pm), you have 2 hours to clean...or, you can waste that time detoxing further from a rough day by playing computer games, and blowing the hell out of things in computer land...

Hmmm...

Also, soon, like tonite, I want to at least get the first two pages of my comic book down in Word...I want to make a start...but, I also want to sleep...and sleep the sleep of the just...those who have been rode hard and put away wet, as a friend of mine used to be fond of saying...the sleep of those who, for too long, have been killing their sleep cycle...

"Rode hard and put away wet" is totally the wrong mental picture for ME.

Well, I can see where the 5ish-6 would be a bad time to start. There's certainly nothing in my brain right after work. Comes from having a job that uses your brain. You could certainly tape the Simpsons, thus putting in a couple of hours and resting your brain on Simpsons later in the day.

Or, you could give up cleaning for one night. Eh, cleaning is a renewable resource. There will always be more to do.
