Boss nowhere in sight, one of the higher ups in the company comes looking for him, because he needs to find a number he just called on his cell phone yesterday...asks me if I've ever used on of those phones, to which I reply negative.
My boss is nowhere in sight (Probably because he is welcoming a new employee), and this guy is going insane, because it's MEGA IMPORTANT that he have this info...
So, he and I both take a look at the phone..Now, I've had a cell phone for a short time, just long enough to know how to find the call log, but this is also a palm pilot...so, it's a little more complicated, in theory...I search around, he's getting exasperated, he goes to another office, and after he leaves, I find out where it's at. Save him a lot of hassle, and told him how to find that in the future.
Good to know for future reference, and good to know for self confidence sake...not like I've ever gotten many compliments here, it was nice to actually here one from someone in this company.
